Wachovia Student Loan Program

The goal of a Seventh-day Adventist education is to enrich the lives of your children, encourage their development, and strengthen their faith.

To make this opportunity available to as many families as possible, we’ve partnered with Wachovia to offer a customized Elementary and Secondary financing program.

Guaranteed by The Education Resource Institute (TERI), this flexible private loan can help you to finance your child’s private education from kindergarten right up through high school.

Benefits from Wachovia

  • Interest rate as low as the Prime rate(1)

  • Low monthly payments

  • Loan amounts up to the entire cost of education ($20,000 maximum)

  • Savings – 0.50% interest rate reduction with auto debit payments(2)

  • Dedicated customer service group

  • Ability to pay prior year balances owed to the school

It’s Easy to Apply

Simply call Wachovia toll-free at 1-800-657-1236, or if you prefer, you can also apply online.

(1) The variable interest rate is based on the highest domestic Prime Rate as published in the “Money Rates” table of The Wall Street Journal plus a margin of 0 percent. The variable interest rate will be adjusted each month, based on the Prime Rate published on the last business day of the calendar month immediately preceding each monthly adjustment date. Rates may vary. If you do not qualify for our best terms, you may be offered a loan with a different interest rate, borrowing limit, and/or repayment period.

(2) Benefit programs may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Program changes will not affect loans that qualify for the benefit prior to the time of the change. Borrower is responsible for payment of applicable taxes. Other terms and conditions apply. Visit wachovia.com/education for complete details and eligibility requirements.
