If you are ready to enroll your child at Richmond Academy, please
follow these steps to complete the admissions process.
- Admissions Appointment – Contact
the school office at (804) 353-0036, to make an appointment to
meet with the principal or an admissions staff member.
- Admissions Documents & Fees – Please
bring the following items to your appointment:
- Completed Enrollment Application. Click here for application.
- A $25 per family, non-refundable application fee
- Original birth certificate
- Copy of transcript and records from previous schools
or signed transcript release. Click here for Transcript Request
form.
- Commonwealth of VA School Entrance Health Form
(dated within 3 months prior to student starting classes
at RA). Click here for form.
- 2 letters of recommendation completed by an unrelated
adult (for students entering grades 7-12). Click here for
Recommendation Form.
- Immigration authorization (for foreign students only)
- Admissions Review – Once
the application and other appropriate documents have been submitted,
the Admissions Committee will review them and inform you of your
admission status.
- Enrollment – If admission is approved,
then the following must be completed prior to entry into the
classroom:
- Registration paperwork
- Financial arrangements
All students are accepted on a probationary status
for the first 30 days of admission.
