If you are interested in enrolling at Richmond Academy but would like more information, please let us know! Click here for a survey that you may fill in and return to the Academy business office to request specific information of interest to you.

We would love the opportunity to give you a tour of our facilities, introduce our faculty, and personally answer your questions. Please contact the school office at (804) 353-0036 to learn the date of the next Open House or schedule an individual appointment to meet with the principal or an admissions staff member.

Ready to Enroll?

Richmond Academy admits students without regard to sex, race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school. It does not discriminate on the basis of sex, race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin in the administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, athletics or any other school-administered program.

If you are ready to enroll your child at Richmond Academy, please follow these steps to complete the admissions process.

  1. Admissions Appointment – Contact the school office at (804) 353-0036, to make an appointment to meet with the principal or an admissions staff member.
  1. Admissions Documents & Fees – Please bring the following items to your appointment:
    1. Completed Enrollment Application. Click here for application.
    2. A $25 per family, non-refundable application fee
    3. Original birth certificate
    4. Copy of transcript and records from previous schools or signed transcript release. Click here for Transcript Request form.
    5. Commonwealth of VA School Entrance Health Form (dated within 3 months prior to student starting classes at RA). Click here for form.
    6. 2 letters of recommendation completed by an unrelated adult (for students entering grades 7-12). Click here for Recommendation Form.
    7. Immigration authorization (for foreign students only)

  2. Admissions Review – Once the application and other appropriate documents have been submitted, the Admissions Committee will review them and inform you of your admission status.
  1. Enrollment – If admission is approved, then the following must be completed prior to entry into the classroom:
    1. Registration paperwork
    2. Financial arrangements

All students are accepted on a probationary status for the first 30 days of admission.
